In addition to the high performance and advanced functions of the TOC-VCSH laboratory model,
this ON-LINE TOC-VCSH is equipped with the functionality to perform continuous automatic sampling. It is
primarily targeted at water samples that do not contain suspended solids, such as pure water and mains water.
It can be used in a wide range of applications to continuously monitor the water used in the pharmaceutical
and semiconductor industries, as well as boiler water and mains water.
- Short measurement time, flexible measurement cycle setting, and automatic calibration function
- Support software for performing of USP/EP system suitability test (Using in combination with the optional
OCT-1 enables fully automatic execution; setting the reagent is all that is required.)
- An off-line port is provided as standard. (If the optional OCT-1 is added, it can be used as an
auto-sampler for off-line measurement.)
- Adding the optional TNM-1 allows continuous monitoring of TN (total nitrogen) in samples.
- Measurement values can be output via an analog output circuit (range selectable: 4 to 20 mA, 0 to 16 mA,
or 0 to 1 V) or as digital data via an RS-232C port.
- Using the alarm output function, the instrument status, instrument errors, and measurement value alarms
can be output as no-voltage contact signals. Instruments can be controlled externally using contact input
signals (sample measurement, automatic calibration start/stop). The ON-LINE TOC-VCSH can easily
be incorporated into the customer's pure-water plant control system.
- The optional nitrogen gas carrier kit makes it possible to use inexpensive nitrogen gas cartridges
for the carrier gas.
