The RoHS regulation enforced as a law since Sep. 2004 by EU countries, regulates some hazardous substances included in electrical equipments etc.. The regulated substances are: Pb, Hg, Cd, Cr6+ and PBBs (Polybromobiphenyls) and PBDEs (Polybromodiphenyl ethers). PBB´s and PBDE´s can be analyzed with GCMS and Pyrolysis GCMS.
